CASAMERCATO Srl: two goings concerns- Invite to Offer

Liquidators have set up a new pre - bankruptcy program concerning the sale in a single lot of two goings concerns, Alseno and Cava Manara.
Starting bid: Euro 3,000,000.00

NOTICE - INVITATION TO OFFER the pre-bankruptcy of the goods "Casamercato srl" - Composition with creditors n. 24/2008 (the procedure) indicates that it intends to proceed to the sale of a single lot of two goings included between the goods supplied to creditors, precisely:

1) business units in Alseno (PC) already selling products, household appliances, furniture and accessories for the home and the individual, with administrative authorisation for retail commerce on fixed premises of municipality of Alseno. The inventories as well as the shopping centres premises of approximately MQ 41,681 are part of the business unit

2) business units in Cava Manara (PV) already selling products, household appliances, furniture and accessories for the home and the individual, with administrative authorisation for retail commerce on fixed premises of municipality of Cava Manara (PV). The inventories as well as the shopping centres premises of approximately 26,543 mq are part of the business unit.

Included among the assets and legal relationships which constitute the lot for sale: equipment, scutching, equipment and related furnishings; contractual relations of administration and those relating to the users of water, electricity and gas start-up company.

Currently, the company branches are in full availability of the procedure and the related business activity is effectively suspended from 20 July 2009.

As for working relations existing with employees working in the goings concerns described above, the bodies of the pre-banruptcy have intended to initiate liquidation proceedings for the grant of CIGS ex art. 3, paragraph 1 l. 223/91.

That said, the common procedure on October 1, 2009 was received and deposited to the proceedings, an irrevocable offer to purchase the terms of which are summarized in detail in the disciplinary of the auction.

Compared to the conditions of sale contained in the Receipt Offer, the procedure intend to facilitate a wider competitive comparison, inviting both the offerer and the third parties involved in the formulation of additional offers to purchase conforming to, or improved, bids received; Offered Pricing offered and Offered Canon constitutes, moreover, the only benchmarks of bids.

Any better offers have to be lodged by 12.00 hours on 23 October 2009, at the office of notary Dr. Luke Troili (the notary in charge), current in Rome, via Oslavia, 12.

The integral disciplinary othe the sale procedure is contained in the "RULES GOVERNING THE INVITATION TO PRESENT SALE BIDS OF GOINGS CONCERNS IN SINGLE LOT - DISCIPLINARY AUCTION (in short:" Regulation of the sale of the going concerns) which is reproduced in Annex along with the invitation to offer. "
