Pre-Bankruptcy Liquidation of the Assets of "Casamercato s.r.l." Composition with Creditors no. 24/2008

WARNING

The auction for the Pre-Bankruptcy Liquidation of Assets of "Casamercato s.r.l. Composition with Creditors no. 24/2008 (the Procedure), scheduled for the 10th July was deserted. The liquidators have fixed a new auction that will he held on the 30^th September 2009.

The procedure has arranged a new liquidation programme to proceed with the sale of the going concerns, the properties and relative licences. We remind that the two property units are established by 2 shopping centres "Casamercato": the first one, situated in Alseno (PC) with an overall surface of 41.681 m2 and the second one in Cava Manara (PV) with 26.543 m2, and precisely:

- business unit in Cava Manara (PV), Strada Statale dei Giovi (Tre Re district), selling electronic products, household appliances, furniture and accessories for the home and the individual, with administrative authorisation for retail commerce on fixed premises nr. 183 issued by the municipality of Cava Manara (PV) on 10 March 1994. The inventory as well as the premises on which the activity takes place are part of the business unit, precisely: the properties situated in the Municipality of Cava Manara (PV), registered in the land registry at sheet 16, section 1461 (formerly 622) and sheet 16, section 1461 (formerly 13) (shopping centre with overall surface area of approx. 26,543 m2).

Among the assets comprising the lot on sale there are instrumental assets.

The sale will take place by auction in the presence of notary Mr. Luca Troili (the assigned notary), with offices in Rome, via Oslavia 12 , tel.: 06.3720548, fax.: 06.37526536) and the terms and conditions according with the sealed bid should be put in. The tender and the notice of auction will be published starting from the first days of September.
