NOTICES OF SALE

With the notification of the final adjudication on the Alseno and Cava Manara lots to the Grancasa Group, the liquidators have drawn up the liquidation programme, the tender specifications and the sales notices for the fixed assets belonging to Casamercato Srl (with the exclusion of those demanded by the branches of the business located in Alseno and Cava Manara).

CASAMERCATO Srl: going concern situated in Cavamanara (PV) specialized in product sales, as electronics, household electrical appliances, furniture and house and personal accessories. It is supplied with administrative authorization for the retail in fix office. Supplies store and the commercial centre of 26.543 mq are part of the going concern. The sale is scheduled for the 30th September at 12.00 o'clock. Minimal price offers: € 16.373.178,70.

CASAMERCATO Srl: going concern situated in Alseno (PC) specialized in product sales, as electronics, household electrical appliances, furniture and house and personal accessories. It is supplied with administrative authorization for the retail in fix office. Supplies store and the commercial centre of 41.681 mq are part of the going concern. The sale is scheduled for the 30th September at 12.00 o'clock. Minimal price offers: € 21.868.066,10.

CASAMERCATO Srl: business units in Alseno (PC) and Cava Manara (PV) selling products, household appliances, furniture and accessories for the home and the individual, with administrative authorisation for retail commerce on fixed premises. The inventories as well as the shopping centres premises of approximately 26,543 mq (Cava Manara) and MQ 41,681 (Alseno) are part of the business unit. The bre-bankruptcy procedure calls to tender from a basic bid of € 3.000.000,00 (of which gives an account in detail in the contract).
The auction for the opening of the envelopes will be held on October 23.
