UniCredit Credit Management Bank S.p.A. is the organisation within UniCredito Group leading non performing loans servicing and management. UGC Banca SpA's mission is the minimisation of distressed loans recovery costs.

Corporate Head Office are in Verona, with district offices and branches are present in major italian cities.

Founded in 1900 as a special credit banking company, UniCredit Credit Management Bank S.p.A. has been specialising in non performing loans in the past years. It now works for UniCredito Group, ordinary banks and manufacturing firms.

The organisation is composed of qualified internal asset managers and highly skilled external professionals with specialist in legal, economic, financial and tax competences, as well as strong negotiation capacity.

The working processes are characterized by efficient recovery management and by focusing on processes taking into account the elements of the single credit. UGC Banca SpA works on negotiating out of court settlements for the customers.
